Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed project progress reports, technical documentation, and site meeting minutes.
- Conduct equipment testing and commissioning activities as required by project specifications.
- Manage project logistics and inventory requirements for onsite operations.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or site engineering.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to various project locations.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, and project management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
