Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide accurate technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control compliance.
- Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates, and material requisitions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technicians and sales personnel.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local safety and building regulations.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the installation or maintenance phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC project management or technical support.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units, and piping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
