Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for robotic automation installations, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Perform on-site supervision and technical troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical system integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear project updates and technical guidance.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all robotic systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to manage materials and equipment requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a project engineering or field engineering role, preferably in automation or robotics.
- Solid understanding of PLC, sensors, motion control, and industrial mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for technical detail and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required by project demands.
