Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end installation and commissioning of automation & robotics systems
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budget allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and vendors
- Conduct site assessments and resolve technical implementation challenges
- Prepare project documentation including reports, manuals, and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in automation/robotics
- Proficient in installation and commissioning procedures
- Strong understanding of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial networks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
