Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor daily project progress and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, engineering departments, and external vendors.
- Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to industry quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management review.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and change logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or engineering project management.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Solid understanding of technical documentation and engineering design standards.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and project specifications effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
