- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Lead project meetings, communicate updates, and resolve issues as they arise
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or engineering
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Experience in the engineering industry is preferred
