Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring technical specifications are met
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve design and execution issues
- Prepare engineering drawings, progress reports, and budget variance analyses
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and material usage
- Develop project schedules and resource allocation plans using engineering software
- Review contractor bids and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost-control measures
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Valid Professional Engineer license (optional but advantageous)
