Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects within specified timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are strictly adhered to
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or engineering
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred
