Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor onsite progress and provide technical support to contractors and internal engineering teams.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and manage procurement timelines.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in project engineering or site management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license and willingness to be based in the Gelang Patah / Iskandar Puteri area.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
