Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily site operations for fiber optic cable deployment (Fiber to the Home/Office).
- Perform precise fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing using OTDR, Optical Power Meters, and Fluke meters.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, site supervisors, and junior technicians to ensure smooth workflows.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, documentation, and site records for project handovers.
- Identify potential risks or technical challenges during deployment and propose effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic deployment and network maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic standards (G.652, G.655) and testing equipment.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) or relevant engineering license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks such as climbing poles or working in confined spaces.
- Valid Class D driving license is required for site travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
