Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and resource optimization
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Develop detailed project documentation including scope, schedules, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and present project updates to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar technical role
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
