Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to quality standards and technical compliance requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to guarantee timely completion and avoid delays.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize costs.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using project management software and engineering tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
