Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Prepare project documentation and reports
- Lead and coordinate project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus
