Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and identify potential risks to mitigate delays.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all work sites.
- Review engineering designs and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to optimize project costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and attend progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or site coordination.
- Strong proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
