Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all site activities to ensure timely project execution
- Ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage project resources efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members
- Prepare regular progress reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Malaysia
