Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor and coordinate on-site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
- Generate regular progress reports and documentation for project milestones
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards
- Manage administrative tasks including permits, contracts, and compliance
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
- Optimize workflows to achieve cost and time efficiency targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in energy or construction sectors
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) is advantageous
