Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in the engineering industry
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills
- Independent worker with demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
