Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using industry best practices
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance verifications
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Resolve technical challenges and implement corrective actions proactively
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in infrastructure/construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Engineer
