Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, organization, and execution of project workflows.
- Monitor site operations to ensure adherence to engineering designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, technical documentation, and budget tracking updates.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, proposing actionable solutions to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company quality control protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and progress against the project baseline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC License) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and local regulations in the Philippines.
