Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all project milestones
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate between multiple parties and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the lift or mechanical engineering industry is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools
