Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Monitor construction and industrial site progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Manage project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and technical specifications.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and material accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction or industrial project management.
- Strong understanding of project life cycles, site execution, and coordination.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools such as MS Project or AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (preferred).
