Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for complex manufacturing initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design software
- Proven track record of managing complex industrial projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
