We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Kuching. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineering professional to take ownership of site operations and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects.
As a Project Engineer, you will be the bridge between the design office and the field, ensuring that our construction and engineering projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for daily site coordination, monitoring progress against project schedules, and solving technical challenges as they arise on-site.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily engineering operations on-site to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
- Monitor and track project progress against established timelines, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management review.
- Manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and inspection requests.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and troubleshoot any technical discrepancies on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering or project management, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction site practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to be based in Kuching and undertake on-site responsibilities as required.
