Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design intent
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction work schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality assurance
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for client communications
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize cost-efficiency
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project engineering or site supervision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations and construction standards
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
