Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring all works align with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities, including supervising contractors and vendors to ensure seamless site operations.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all site activities.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Resolve site-specific engineering challenges through proactive troubleshooting and collaboration with the design team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with engineering designs and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory standards and HSE best practices in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., BEM/IEM registration) is considered a strong advantage.
