Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning and execution of geotechnical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Conduct site investigations and analyze soil/rock data for design optimization
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and clients
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or geotechnical design
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability analysis
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, GeoStudio, Plaxis)
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Experience with site investigation techniques and report writing
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
