Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects adhere to the master schedule and budget.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submissions, and progress reports.
- Monitor site progress and troubleshoot technical issues to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works conform to engineering specifications and local building regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Manage procurement of construction materials and coordinate logistics to site locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in construction project management or site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction site management (CIDB/OSHA standards).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate onsite teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
