Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure they meet technical and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Oversee the design and implementation of industrial control systems and automation infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and test protocols.
- Conduct onsite visits for project installation, troubleshooting, and final system commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users during system handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within industrial automation or control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA/HMI software.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols and electrical instrumentation.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
