Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the progress of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee on-site project activities, providing technical supervision and guidance to junior engineers and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the gases, piping, or industrial engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and relevant software tools.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software is highly desirable.
- Valid Engineer registration or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
