Qidongjinhua Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Upper Thomson. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the bridge between the management team, site supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards at all times.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Liaise with clients and government authorities as required for permits and approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid WSQ or other relevant construction-related certifications are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
