Indonesia Defence Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our critical engineering and production initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical lead for various projects, ensuring that complex engineering designs are successfully translated into operational realities. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the stringent quality and safety standards required by the defense industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering and production projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure all technical documentation, blueprints, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Systems Engineering).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the defense, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
