Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulations
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Optimize project efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
