Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through to successful completion and handover
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against key milestones
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy installations
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance throughout all project phases
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical specifications
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy or solar industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
