Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects within the manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk assessments to anticipate potential challenges.
- Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and ISO procedures throughout all project phases.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Resolve technical issues and roadblocks immediately to prevent delays in the production schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the plastics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
