Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress against the contractual requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, including progress updates and risk assessments.
- Liaise with internal teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures are strictly followed.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the project lifecycle and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation and coordinate with clients or stakeholders as required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, fluid power, or industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a manufacturing setting.
