Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Perform hands-on assembly and integration of mechanical or technical systems.
- Conduct site installations with a focus on precision and site safety compliance.
- Execute systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical hardware or process issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve installation bottlenecks.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project status updates for management.
- Oversee on-site testing and commissioning to ensure optimal system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project engineering or field operations.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in assembly and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required within the Sarawak region.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality safety standards.
