Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful completion
- Create detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to management and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
