Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the technical aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, prepare accurate progress reports, and manage budget variances.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Liaise with clients to provide technical updates and address any engineering queries.
- Resolve on-site engineering issues and implement effective technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Valid professional engineering license (PE) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
