Panca Terang Abadi is a dynamic property group dedicated to excellence in industrial zones, residential communities, hotels, and mixed-use developments. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to drive our projects forward. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring that our developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key technical lead, bridging the gap between design concepts and on-site execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and final handover.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance to minimize costs while maximizing value.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation for management.
- Manage material procurement and logistics to prevent costly delays.
- Liaise with clients and government authorities regarding permits and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the property or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards specific to Indonesia.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
