Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects in accordance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure that milestones are met on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, prepare estimates, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance on all work sites.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation required for project approval.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
