Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project planning and scheduling to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate daily activities with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain workflow.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to adhere to safety and design standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and cost estimates for management review.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and address feedback promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering or construction management role.
- Strong understanding of local construction codes, regulations, and best practices in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Technical Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
