Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final delivery and handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
