Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ACMV projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Manage on-site activities including supervision of sub-contractors, installation works, and site progress monitoring.
- Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project flow.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with safety regulations and quality standards (BCA/SS standards).
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical coordination conflicts between various M&E trades.
- Perform testing and commissioning of ACMV systems to ensure operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the ACMV or HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential for design and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage site teams and professional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in ducting, piping, and plant room installations.
- Possess a proactive attitude with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
