Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage ACMV project execution from design to commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Supervise site installation works to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and design specifications.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare technical drawings, and generate project progress reports.
- Manage material procurement and oversee the efficient utilization of resources on-site.
- Perform testing and commissioning (T&C) of HVAC systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC project coordination within the construction or M&E industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
