We're seeking a dynamic professional to orchestrate project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. You'll be at the forefront of optimizing energy-efficient HVAC systems in diverse commercial and industrial environments, contributing to Singapore's sustainable infrastructure goals.
This role demands meticulous project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination to meet critical deadlines and budgetary constraints. You'll lead site supervision teams, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure compliance with local regulations. As a key member of our engineering division, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute ACMV projects to meet budget, timeline, and quality targets
- Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and compliance certificates
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BCA regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency standards, and local regulations
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ACMV specialization preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
