Join Guthrie Engineering (S) Pte Ltd as a Project Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. This pivotal role involves leading the full lifecycle execution of ACMV projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with Singaporean regulations, and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize HVAC solutions for diverse commercial and industrial projects. The position offers hands-on experience in managing project documentation, site coordination, and quality control while maintaining budgetary constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ACMV project execution from planning to commissioning
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, schedules, and compliance reports
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's BCA regulations and safety standards
- Manage project resources including budget, timelines, and personnel allocation
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of ACMV project execution experience
- Proficiency in Singaporean HVAC codes and green building standards
- Strong understanding of BCA and NEA regulations
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with AutoCAD and HVAC design software
