Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules aligned with architectural specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables through regular site inspections
- Manage project documentation including blueprints, permits, and compliance records
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting project timelines and budgets
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through progress reports and presentations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or architectural coordination
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
