Stafflink Services is seeking a motivated Project Engineer Assistant (M&E) to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be an integral part of our interior fit-out projects, ensuring that electrical and mechanical installations are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
You will work closely with senior project engineers, contractors, and site teams to bridge the gap between design plans and on-site reality. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day site supervision and coordination of M&E installations for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with project timelines, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to track material deliveries and installation quality.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, site meeting minutes, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in performing site surveys, taking measurements, and updating technical drawings as required.
- Identify potential site technical issues and escalate them to senior engineers with proposed solutions.
- Ensure that all M&E works comply with local building codes and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related building services discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or interior fit-out projects is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and project specifications accurately.
- Willingness to be based on-site and travel to various project locations within Singapore as needed.
