Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee security systems, BMS, and ELV projects from conception to completion
- Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, drawings, and installation guides
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation and commissioning
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security systems, BMS, or ELV projects
- Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with BMS and building automation technologies
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in project management or relevant technical field is an advantage
