Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation project engineering
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Profinet)
- Project management experience with proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
